The Okura Prestige Bangkok’s Executive Pastry Chef Sebastiaan Hoogewerf and his team once again take inspiration from Spring and the arrivalof Japan’s Sakura cherry tree blossoms—an explosion of colour and scent—tocreate a special Sakura Afternoon Tea set for two at Up & Above Bar from 1April -30 June 2020.
Savoury delights include Parma ham,crab meat and brie cheese; marinated crab meat in mini soft rolls; brie cheesewith asparagus, sundried tomatoes and brown bread; and duck rillettes withraspberry jam in mini soft rolls.
